Rebound….is a tough cardio and toning workout… combining movements on the trampolines and the exercises off the trampoline for timed sessions allows you to get the maximum from the workout. The actions on the trampoline such as jumping jacks or high knees combined with exercises off the trampoline really high lights how weightless you can be on a trampoline. Everything ( even basic exercises ) can suddenly seem very tough when you are grounded with gravity.
