Power up

An intense class using hand weights, ankle and wrist weights, kettlebells in a Muscular Strength and Endurance style. The class is a small aerobic routine with hand weights to raise the body temperature, followed by a circuit style workout all weight induced and HIIT training incoporated. A great class to achieve overload and increase the cardiovascular system.
