Using hoop, Fitness Hoop creates and excellent way to help improve the tummy muscles and the waist muscles. The hoops are designed for adults to use and the exercises provide a low impact workout that is tough and challenging. This type of hooping focuses on tricks and dance.

We strongly advise that you wear a swimming costume under your t-shirt and trousers for the first couple of weeks as many people experience bruising….it is quite superficial and with strength, practice and time will go..
