Zara

Hi my name is Zara and I’m the owner and founder of Bewellfit. I’ve worked in the fitness industry for about 25 years and have qualified in pretty much everything within the fitness studio. My aim is to make exercise fun but knowledgeable and sustainable for everyone. As an instructor I aim to make everyone welcome and adapt exercises for your fitness level. My qualifications range from a base Level 2 to Level 3 and Level 4. Im qualified in Chair exercise, Exercise Rehabilitation, GP referral and Exercise for the Cancer patient. I’ve recently qualified in Bungee and is proud to be the only Superfly Bungee instructor in the South East. My favourite classes are Spin, Yoga and Step.

Jacob

Hi my name is Jacob I work at Bewellfit and have been teaching classes for just over a year now. I teach Aerial Hoop and Aerial Yoga but have just got my PT qualification. I’m also starting a Sports Nutrition qualification. I train and exercise everyday to keep myself fit active and healthy, Mainly focusing on Calisthenics and Bodyweight movements I am able to add these into the classes and PT that I teach.

Hi everyone, I’m Jackie and I have just qualified to be a Drums Alive Instructor. I work in Charity Retail but my passion is Drums Alive. I started attending Zara’s classes a few years ago ( Zumba, Drums Alive ) and I become hooked!! I followed Zara to the dark side when BEWELLFIT was born and I’ve not looked back. Fantastic team of instructors, no judgement only encouragement with an added drop of passion for what they do.

Hi, I’m Lola! I first started going to the gym at 18, and it’s been a huge part of my life ever since. Over the years I’ve trained in Muay Thai and pole fitness, both of which have helped me build strength , confidence, and balance. During lockdown, I decided to take my PT course – I wanted to share the joy and sense of wellbeing that fitness and a healthy, balanced lifestyle have brought me. Outside the gym, I love taking my two Yorkies for walks, spending time outdoors, and getting lost in a good book.Β

I have been teaching Pilates for 14 years and love how it can help Improve posture, suppleness, strength, balance and body positivity. I had been a serious runner since my school days but after seriously injuring my back Pilates became a key part of my recovery and that was it! My back and core muscles were strengthened and toned to help prevent further injury and i gained more body control when doing other exercise and – it really does give you a firm foundation for otherΒ  activities! I decided to train as an instructor and over the years have developed a modern and varied approach so anyone can benefit.

My name is Ami and I have been a Zumba instructor at Be Well Fit for just over a year now. I have always loved fitness – way back to doing Tae Bo in my living room as a teen (!), to joining various gyms and finding my love of group exercise. I have completed various Major Series mud runs, enjoyed grim fitness weekends at Fitness Fiesta and taken part in dance workshops in London.

I fell in love with Zumba about 15 years ago, learning the steps from DVDs at home before eventually finding classes locally to me.

πŸ’žI love Zumba because of the amazing music which makes time fly by – it is easy to forget that you are in a fitness class at times!

πŸ’žI love the friends that I have made along the way, when a song comes on outside of class and we all start dancing the steps together 🫢πŸ₯°

πŸ’žI love looking up in class and seeing big grins – and concentration faces!

πŸ’žI love it when new participants tell me that they have no rhythm or cannot dance and surprise themselves everytime πŸ₯°

πŸ’žI love seeing progression each week – from faces of horror when I introduce a new track – to smashing it proudly after a few weeks.

πŸ’žAnd most of all I love the relaxed environment which encourages impromptu freestyles πŸ™Œ there is no need to follow the steps, just enjoy the music and move your body in any way that feels good for you that day πŸ’ƒπŸ»
